Preparing For Your First Bodybuilding Show

Stepping on stage for the first time is intimidating. Here is how we prep our athletes at Shandar & Aijaz.
16 weeks out
Set a small caloric deficit. Keep protein high. Cardio 2× per week, 20 minutes.
8 weeks out
Tighten the diet. Add a third cardio session. Start posing practice 3× per week.
Peak week
Trust your coach. Do not change anything new.
